There’s a news this morning reported that our Seon Ho refused to have any activities other than the shooting of <슬픈 열대> this year and declined to accept any new advertising offers or contract renewal with the existing brand endorsements…
In view of the personality of our Seon Ho, I think none of us is surprised to his reaction and decision… Believing you merely don’t want to affect the shooting plan of <슬픈 열대> which involves many crew, staff and actors, that you decided to film as scheduled, while at the same time, you are still blaming yourself & think that you are responsible for all those stuff happened… 😢
Even though all these things happened & basically Seon Ho is on hiatus currently, there are still many new advertising offers granted, contract renewal of the current endorsements, as well as the Fan Meeting proposals.. Seon Ho ahhh… many people all over the world indeed trust, love and support you so much… though I’m sad to read this news, I do respect and understand your decision.. as this is really the Seon Ho we know and love as always… a kind, responsible, talented person.. Please stay safe and healthy, take your time and simply follow your own pace, we would be waiting patiently for your come back and trust we can see your smiling faces again at that time~!😘💙⭐️

I didn’t expect I would cry when I watched the <KBS Entertainment Awards> Ceremony last night.. but I did… I even cried every time when I re-watched Moon Se Yoon-nim’s acceptance speech via YouTube… 🧡💚
Indeed, I never doubt the relationship and close affiliation among all 6 members of <2 Days & 1 Night Season 4>, as a true fan of <214>, by merely observing their interactions, you must clearly know that their connections are that tight and real. As said previously, though I watch <214> because of our Seon Ho, I started to become supporters of other 5 members afterwards, and I’m truly fond of other members’ personalities and their own charisma, as well as their outstanding performance in their respective professions (acting, entertainment, music etc.).
I’m so happy that Moon Se Yoon-nim won the DaeSang and I do think he’s definitely well-deserved! Even only considered his performance in <214>, he really shows his capabilities and experiences in participating in Korean variety shows, and demonstrated a very competent role in this program by helping other members to have the opportunities to naturally show their qualities, while at the same time, he would not be too dominant, and assists the program flow runs smoothly. As a seonhohada, we could all see how Se Yoon helped our Seon Ho during this program and helped him to adapt quickly and improve gradually. (In fact, not only for Seon Ho, but Se Yoon influenced other members very well too~)
Last night when I heard Jung Hoon and Ravi used “동생들" and “형들" to refer other members as a group in their acceptance speeches… and when I saw a tiny Seon Ho being shown on the screen while Bang PD was having her acceptance speech for <214> awarded the <Best Program Award>… all these already shook my heart… While it’s Se Yoon’s turn to present his acceptance speech of his first ever DaeSang, at the moment that he started to name every member, (though you might think it’s hard to believe..) I already knew he must name our Seon Ho too…. and once he named Seon Ho with his shaking voice and trying his best to control himself not to cry.. I can’t help but cry immediately….. the facial expressions of Jung Min, Dindin and Ravi did make me feel heartbroken…
We all know these 5 members also love, miss and support Seon Ho as much as we do. I would also like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Moon Se Yoon-nim for mentioning our Seon Ho during the acceptance speech. In consideration of the conservative and traditional culture of South Korea, and the selfishness of the entertainment industry and society, many people are only the timeservers and follow the trends, this act might risk Se Yoon himself as well… Besides, receiving the first ever DaeSang must be one of the most precious and great moments in Se Yoon’s life, even though there might be some people (but actually we all know they are just the minority) would still doubt and judge Se Yoon’s action, he’s still brave enough for expressing his gratitude to Seon Ho publicly at this ceremony, Se Yoon-nim, you really earn our highest respect and gratitude.. In fact.. naming Seon Ho really means a lot to us..
Icing on the cake is not difficult but helping in your hour of needs always is. Se Yoon-nim.. your sincerity, bravery, righteousness and selflessness were shown to the world. These qualities are not just important for a DaeSang awardee, but as a human, we all should possess these. Se Yoon-nim, you are really a great model to your children, the Entertainment Industry, the South Korea society and the whole world. 🧡💚🌕☀️
& our Seon Ho.. as said before, I do believe because of your kindness and sincerity, you earn many people’s hearts in your life that they are still willing to support you during your hard times. Please remember that you are surrounded by loads of love and we are all here by your side. Hope your shooting in Jeju will be smooth, keep warm and stay healthy! Add Oil~!
어제저녁 <KBS 연예대상> 시상식을 보고 눈물이 날 줄 몰랐습니다. 하지만 전 그랬어요… 유튜브를 통해 문세윤님의 수상소감을 다시 볼 때마다 눈물이 나기도 했습니다. 🧡💚
실제로 <1박2일 시즌4>의 멤버 6명 모두의 인연과 친밀한 관계를 결코 의심하지 않습니다. <214>의 진정한 팬으로서, 단지 그들의 상호작용을 관찰함으로써, 당신은 그들의 연결고리가 그렇게 촘촘하고 진짜라는 것을 분명히 알아야 합니다. 아까도 말씀드렸듯이 저희 김선호님 때문에 <214>를 보긴 했지만, 그 이후로 다른 다섯 멤버들의 서포터즈가 되기 시작했습니다. 다른 멤버의 성격과 매력, 그리고 각자의 전공(연기, 예능 , 음악 등)에서 뛰어난 활약을 진심으로 좋아해요.

어젯밤에 정훈님이랑 라비님가 수상소감에서 다른 멤버들을 그룹으로 지칭할 때 ‘동생들’와 ‘형들’를 사용했다고 들었는데요…. 방PD가 <최우수 프로그램상> 수상소감을 하고 있을 때 작은 김선호님 씨가 스크린에 모습을 드러냈습니다…. 이 모든 것들이 이미 내 마음을 흔들었어요… 세윤님이 생애 첫 대상 수상소감을 발표할 차례가 되자 멤버들의 이름을 모두 말하기 시작한 순간입니다.. (당신은 믿기 힘들겠지만…) 저는 이미 그가 연설 중에 우리 선호의 이름을 말할 것을 알고 있었습니다… 세윤님이 떨리는 목소리로 울지 않으려고 안간힘을 쓰며 우리 선호의 이름을 말했을 때요. 저는 당장 울지 않을 수 없어요… 종민, 딘딘, 라비의 표정이 저도 마음이 아팠어요….

Finally there are news officially announced this morning regarding the replacements chosen for another 2 movies – <Dog Days> & <2 O’clock>. When I read the news from Naver this morning, actually I didn’t feel sad as I already expected previously that there would be replacements for these 2 movies, merely waiting for the official announcements issued from their production teams.
To be frank, when there were news regarding the 3 movie offers granted to our Seon Ho few months ago, the one that I have the greatest expectation is <슬픈 열대> by Director Park Hoon Jung. Since this movie must be the most challenging one & Seon Ho could have a chance to show a totally different acting & images through the big screen, besides, we all know that Seon Ho admires Director Park very much and he’s even a big fan of Director Park’s film <New World>, believe that it must be a great honour to him to work with this Director. Another 2 movie offers are good too, especially for <Dog Days>, I was quite excited to know at that time as there’s an opportunity for Seon Ho to work at the same film with Youn Yuh Jung, the latest Academy Awardee for Best Supporting Actress. However, comparatively, the genres of these 2 movies are quite similar to those Seon Ho already participated in, and the public already recognized that he has the capability and skills in portraying these kinds of roles, which are relatively safe choices.
From my perspective, the biggest loss for losing these 2 movies would be the chance to work with an experienced and fabulous Actress, Youn Yuh Jung. While at the same time, I believe God has a perfect plan for us. Thanks again for the final decision made by the movie investors and Director Park to keep our Seon Ho in the movie. Seon Ho ahh.. <슬픈 열대> is meant to you and it is great that you can devote all your energy and time to prepare and film this movie, your big screen debut project, without distractions.
The most important thing is, we didn’t lose you. As long as you don’t give up on yourself, nothing is over and there will always be new opportunities. I have confidence in your talent and professionalism, & trust that in view of what you have demonstrated in the previous plays and dramas, the related parties in the entertainment industry of South Korea do have such confidence in you too. Your works speak. You don’t have to bother facing the public at this moment. Let’s bring a marvelous work to the world and prove that you are really well deserved the recognition and show that your participation is definitely a valuable asset to the projects.

오늘 아침 드디어 <도그데이즈>과 <2시의 데이트>라는 또 다른 두 편의 영화의 배우 교체 선택을 확정 짓는 공식 뉴스가 발표되었습니다. 오늘 아침에 네이버에서 뉴스를 봤을 때 사실 저는 이 두 영화에 배우 교체자가 있을 거라고 미리 예상했기 때문에 슬프지 않았어요. 저희는 단지 그들의 제작팀으로부터 공식 발표가 있기만을 기다리고 있었습니다.
솔직히 몇 달 전 우리 선호님에게 3편의 영화 제의를 했다는 소식이 전해졌을 때 제가 가장 기대하는 것은 박훈정 감독님의 <슬픈 열대>입니다. 왜냐하면 이 영화가 가장 도전적인 영화일 것이고 우리 선호는 큰 스크린을 통해 완전히 다른 연기와 이미지를 보여줄 수 있는 기회를 가질 수 있을 것입니다. 또한 선호이 박감독님의 영화 <신세계>의 열렬한 팬이라는 것을 우리 모두 알고 있고 박감독님과 함께 일하게 된 것을 매우 영광스럽게 생각할 것입니다. 또 다른 2편의 영화 제안도 좋은데 특히 <도그데이즈>의 경우 이번에 아카데미 여우조연상 수상자인 윤여정 배우님 여우주연상과 같은 작품에 출연할 수 있는 선호의 기회가 있다는 것을 알고는 무척 흥분했습니다. 다만 이 두 영화의 장르는 앞서 우리 선호이 참여했던 프로젝트들과 상당히 비슷합니다. 대중들은 이미 그가 이러한 역할을 연기할 수 있는 능력과 기술을 가지고 있다는 것을 알고 있습니다. 이러한 영화에 참여하는 것을 선택하는 것은 사실 비교적 안전한 선택입니다.
제가 볼 때 이 두 영화를 잃는 가장 큰 손실은 경험 많고 멋진 윤여정 배우님와 함께 일할 기회일 것입니다. 동시에 하나님께서 우리를 위한 완벽한 계획이 있으리라 믿습니다. 우리 선호를 영화에 계속 출연시키기로 영화 투자자님들과 박감독님이 최종 결정한 것에 다시 한 번 감사드립니다. 선호야… <슬픈 열대>는 여러분에게 의미가 있으며, 스크린 데뷔작인 이 영화를 차질 없이 준비하고 촬영하기 위해 모든 정력과 시간을 쏟을 수 있어서 좋습니다.

The production team of “Sad Tropics" finally rescheduled the script reading session to today – 4 December.
Seonho ahh.. understand today will be your 1st day of return, apart from putting effort in preparing for this movie filming, you might have worries about today that you would have to face loads of crew and other actors.. (of course, this might only be my over apprehensive thoughts.. as I keep on thinking these days that if I were you, probably I would have all these concerns and anxiety…) While at the same time, I have faith in you that you must be capable to devote yourself in the script reading session professionally, do your best, and let the Director, the crew and all other actors involved have confidence in you, and are assured that your existence would be one of the precious and essential treasure of this piece.💖
I’m so glad to know our Seonho will attend the script reading session of the movie “Sad Tropics" on 3 Dec while reading the naver news yesterday morning.. (actually I’m thrilled.. there were so many thoughts in my head.. hahaa~) & there’s further update announced this morning that the film shooting will be commenced on 10 Dec~! 👍🏻🎬
When I read the news yesterday morning about the script reading, I was having a lot of thoughts… Above all, my concern is.. whether Seonho’s mental status is truly ready for this already…? But at the same time, I thought Seonho will attend for sure as he’s very professional… besides, I do think that probably Seonho doesn’t want to bother the Director, fellow actors and the production crew.. (as he’s always that selfless & putting others before himself..) that’s what made me feel very worried about him…
However, ultimately, I think we all should have faith in Seonho & reassure him that he can make it for sure. Moreover, though our Seonho hasn’t announced anything further in the past month anymore (while actually he doesn’t have to!), he must know there are many people in the world still supporting him continuously. & when he resumes working, paying attention & effort in the movie preparation, leaves some of his annoyance behind, it can help Seonho to heal himself to some extent… might be able to soothe the pain & hurt.. & rise again.
This movie is the one that I hope Seonho can continue to participate in the most.. (another one is “Dog Days".. but well.. that’s the way it is now..) since the role is hugely different from all the previous roles our Seonho acted in those dramas, it’s definitely a good challenge & a chance to demonstrate different and diversified acting skills to the audiences. In addition, Seonho does admire this movie Director, Park Hoon Jung, & loves his pieces very much~ he even mentioned it in <2 Days & 1 Night> for several times previously… I’m very pleased for Seonho that there’s finally an opportunity for him to work with his admired Director~
Seonho ahhh.. as long as you also trust yourself can make it, then it’s all good~! We will be there for you~ & must watch this movie when it comes to theaters~! Because of the effort paid by all #seonhohada over the past weeks, the final voting results are out for Asia Artist Award 2021 last night eventually~! Our Seonho won two Awards~ “U+Idol Live Popularity Award – Actor" & “RET Popularity Award – Actor (Male)", feel so happy about that~!!! 😘😘
Understand there are some people wish Seonho to attend the award presentation ceremony which is scheduled on 2 Dec, or at least to take a video to share his testimonial… But to me, none of these is necessary. Since at the very first beginning, the reason why we decided to vote for Seonho, was merely want to show our support and consolation to him, & let him knows that he always has our back~ but not pushing him to face the public.
So, Seonho ahhh, please take your time & see you when you are ready~! ⭐️💪🏻💙
Since the last episode of <Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha> broadcasted on 17 October till 1 November… I feel so exhausted during these 2 weeks, this was also my 1st time cried for an Artist…. Of course, I started to admire Kim Seon Ho was because of his excellent acting skills, but what made me be so into him, it’s Seon Ho’s personality… So when I first read that news, I really thought it’s totally inconceivable, after all, I’m not the person involved that would not know all the facts, so I won’t make any conclusion… Purely… merely super worried about Seonho’s feeling & mental condition at that moment….
Probably all #seonhohada are the same like me…. Busy surfing various social media platforms.. Naver, Pann, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, to read different posts, including news, discussions, comments, videos etc… & I have also joined several Group Chats in Kakao Talk, Telegram etc…. so as to keep myself updated to the latest situation… Especially during the 1st week… reading all those things till, at least.. 2, 3 am every midnight… can’t even fall asleep.. & had no spare time to update this blog either. Fortunately, the situation restored calm a bit comparatively now… & can finally take a breathe…
God will arrange every experience in your life to serve his purpose, & every encounter is a life lesson, the process must be full of mixed feelings & ambivalent, and not easy to get over it, all those emotions can only be experienced and understood by yourself.. Yet, once you can overcome all these obstacles and when you are looking back, surely you would realize everything happens for a reason, that reason causes change, while in the end it’s all for the best.
All of us, seonhohada, have been trying so hard to share our standpoint of cancelling the cancel culture all over the world via different platforms these days.. Regrettably… this cancel culture is not being cancelled in Korea… All those “come-back" advertisements & endorsements, and one of the movies… it’s only because of you, Seonho, your attitude shows towards people & different issues all over the years, helped you to earn it back unknowingly…
While you were condemned by the public who believed in those one-side and unilateral statements, being assassinated of your character, even though most of the statement made by the other party is not true, you chose to simply apologize without single explanation, all of your friends, fellow workmates, schoolmates, other acquaintance, & even your batch mate you met during the military services can’t help to try their best & find their own ways telling the truth to the public, so as to prove your true character, moral standing and attitudes… Since they all know you very well, and they all love you tons.. Seonho ahhh… (We know you are Catholic while still would like to say..) this is Karma…

The most saddest part to me, is the lost of <2 Days & 1 Night>… Since we all know how much you love this program, how much you love your family-like brothers… how much you desire to stay in this program till the very end… As a seonhohada, we also lost the joy for looking forward to the coming of every Sundays, & we can’t see all the 6 members play, disport, support & encourage each other anymore… my heart is bleeding.. it’s really so.. so painful…
But Seonho ah… From the very first beginning once the incident happened, you are the one that I worried most. As we all know you must keep on blaming yourself, must feel guilty to your family, friends, & all those people who are supporting you… Self-reflection is always good, but please also know how to take care of yourself, don’t merely shoulder all the burden and responsibilities on your own, please don’t be weighed down by all these things….
Believing justice & truth prevails. Become an actor or undertake any occupation, you must first become a human being, & Seonho, you already really did it very great all the time, those who are close to you must know & all those cheering for you, including all seonhohada can also feel & sense it… Please continuously maintain your kindness, but of course, you should know how to protect yourself at the same time, & don’t lose your confidence in believing others.
